Howdy do, neighbor
I have a great opportunity for someone seeking a comfortable living situation while escaping the death grip of ever increasing Austin rent prices.
I have a 32 ft. 2008 Holiday Rambler Savoy LX 5th wheel trailer in a great spot at the Evergreen RV Park near Manor, Tx. I'm moving out and wish to sell the trailer in place so the new owner can take over my spot. It can be quite difficult to get an RV plot in the Austin area without joining a months long waiting list, and my spot is ready to rock.

And that's about it
As far as price goes, the NADA guide rates this trailer somewhere between $15,500 and $19,000 retail price with all the options included. This doesn't account for the minor defects or missing furniture though, and this ain't retail.
I'm happy to negotiate. My girlfriend and I are expecting so I need to pass this on to someone else who can put it to better use.
Craigslist will remove my post if I include outside links, so I can't link to the NADA guide directly, but you can email me and I'll send you the link, or you can go to the NADA guides site and do it yourself to get a rough idea.
I am asking $9,500, which is a deal considering the potential resale value, the condition of the unit, the amount of work I've done to set it up in the park, and the convenience of being move-in ready with no wait. I am a motivated seller though and am willing to negotiate.
I don't have the VIN number handy but I'll add it to this post tomorrow (Friday 9/28)
Shoot me an email, a text or a phone call anytime, I'm ready to sell.
